Refund Policy

Digital goods are hard to return, so here is the plain version rather than the legal one.

When you get a refund

If the song never arrives, arrives broken or clearly does not match the brief you submitted, contact us and you get your money back. No argument and no form to fill in beyond telling us the order number.

If something failed on our side partway through, you are refunded in full even if part of the order was delivered.

When you do not

A song that was produced correctly from your brief but that you simply do not like is not usually refundable. The output depends heavily on the detail you provide, and a thin brief produces a generic song.

That said, if you feel the result is genuinely poor, write to us and explain. It is a small operation and these are handled case by case rather than by policy.
