What is collected

When you order a song, we collect the details you enter in the brief, your email address and your order information. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and never reach this site.

If you upload a photo for cover art, that image is stored on this site so the order can be fulfilled, and can be deleted on request.

Standard server logs record IP address, browser and pages visited, as on almost any website.

Third parties

The brief you write is sent to AI model providers in order to generate lyrics, music and cover art. Those providers process the text you submit. Do not put information in the brief that you would not want processed by a third party service.

Payments are processed by our payment provider under their own privacy terms.

Your rights and choices

You can request a copy of your data or ask for it to be deleted by contacting us. Deletion requests covering an in progress order will be actioned once that order is complete or cancelled.

This site uses cookies for basic functionality such as keeping your cart. You can block cookies in your browser, though checkout may stop working if you do.
